Check the version of your Internet Explorer browser.
Click on ? in the menu bar at the top of your browser page.
In the pull-down menu, select “About Internet Explorer”.
A box will appear showing the version of your navigator.

Install the most recent version of your browser free of charge.

Activating javascript on your web browser.
This procedure may be different depending on the kind of browser you use. Here are instructions for two of the most widely used browsers. If you are using a different browser, try doing an internet search for the necessary information.

Mozilla Firefox (1.5)

  • Select the Tools menu
  • Select Options
  • Click the Content tab
  • Tick option "Enable JavaScript"
  • Click OK

Internet Explorer (6.x)

  • Select Tools menu
  • Select Internet Options
  • Click on the Security tab
  • Click on Custom Level
  • Look down the page for the paragraph marked Scripting
  • Enable the Active Scripting option
  • Click OK
